RE: Update to Release of ECIAAA’s “Request for Proposal” for Adult Protective Services for SFY 2023
On February 28, 2022 the East Central Illinois Area Agency on Aging (ECIAAA) released the required SFY 2023 “Request for Proposal (RFP)” for the provision of adult protective services in east central Illinois. In response to notice from the Illinois Department on Aging on changes to their SFY 2023 APS contracting timeline, the ECIAA is updating this notice. In accordance with competitive solicitation requirements, ECIAAA invites interested parties to apply for funding for the following program:
Adult Protective Services (APS)
Solicited Area: PSA 05 – Champaign, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, DeWitt, Douglas Edgar, Ford, Iroquois, Livingston, McLean, Macon, Moultrie, Piatt, Shelby and Vermilion Counties
Effective Designation Period with potential extensions for up to 5 additional years: October 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023
Due Date for Completed SFY 2023 PSA 05 APS Applications remains unchanged: March 21, 2022 - 4:00 p.m.
The ECIAAA SFY 2023 APS “Request for Proposal (RFP)” packet will include guidelines, application instructions and forms.
Interested organizations are to request an RFP packet by completing and submitting the attached “Request for FY 2023 Adult Protective Services RFP Packet Form” and email it to Jennifer Roberts at This email address is being protected from spambots.
