Service Compliance Coordinator (Temporarily Remote) 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $37,500 to $43,000.00 /year

Service compliance coordinators play a key role in the management of grant funded services. The position is responsible for monitoring, compiling information, reporting, grant reviews, conducting administrative reviews, technical assistance, and interpretation of policies relative to the rules and regulations governing federally funded programs of Nutrition, Senior Information, Caregiver and Case Management. Accuracy, time management, efficient and effective reporting, and critical thinking are essential skills for this role.

The service compliance coordinators work within various programs and have opportunities for special projects. They gain experience and skills in many different areas of aging services and non-profit management including grant writing, program evaluation, analysis, collaboration, and innovation.

The position is temporarily remote. We are planning to move to a hybrid work schedule this spring.

Competencies: Experience in Microsoft. Excellent Problem Solving/Analysis, Critical Evaluation, Strategic Thinking, Ethical Conduct, Communication, Performance Management, Time Management, Organization Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Team Player.

Requirements:4 Year College/University Degree, Valid Driver’s License, Ability to travel, Passage of Background Check.

1 year experience of grant writing or grants management, and/or community-based coordination. preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.


Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
