Service Compliance Coordinator
As a key person in the management of grant funded services, accuracy, time management, efficient and effective reporting, and critical thinking are essential. The position is responsible for monitoring, compiling information, reporting, grant reviews, conducting administrative reviews, technical assistance and interpretation of policies relative to the rules and regulations governing federally funded programs.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in a Human Services field and prefers 2 years of experience in grants management and use Microsoft applications.
As the lead person in the management of a new pilot project, to include the development of a provider network and negotiation of contracts for the provision of services to older persons. The position is responsible for the development of policies and procedures, supervision of staff, training, and marketing.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in a Human Services field and prefers 3 years of experience in grants management, use Microsoft applications and web based programs.
The position is responsible for monitoring of a dashboard for the authorization of service costs, recommending funding-line transfers within the project, disbursement of funds to providers of services and payment verification uploads to a web based system. This position requires a person who is detail oriented with bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable is required.
Minimum of 2 years in accounting with preferred associate degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience.
