This position provides administrative support to executive positions and manages the agency’s office facility, daily office operations and social media platforms. These essential functions include the handling of confidential matters, records management, general HR, office and facility management functions and systems, communications and scheduling of meetings and special events. The right individual will be a team player, have great communications, time management, organization and interpersonal skills, and ethical conduct.
Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma, at least six years of various areas of administration experience, ability to multitask, travel and work irregular hours.
Service Compliance Coordinator
As a key person in the management of grant funded services, accuracy, time management, efficient and effective reporting, and critical thinking are essential. The position is responsible for monitoring, compiling information, reporting, grant reviews, conducting administrative reviews, technical assistance and interpretation of policies relative to the rules and regulations governing federally funded programs.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in a Human Services field and prefers 2 years of experience in grants management and use Microsoft applications.
